Custom made dress form fee:

You may come to PGM show room to take measurement, or ask on site service (extra travel cost will be charged.) 

a.  Ladies & Men half body form, sculpture model or gypsum model design with mould fitting $4500 + regular dress form price ($349 or the regular price as its size) 

b.  Ladies & Men full body form, sculpture model or gypsum model design with mould fitting $6500 + regular dress form price ($499, or the regular price as its size ) 

c.  Large size women, or Large Size Men, or Children size dress form, or Half Scale size dress form custom made, price by quote.
