PGM's Promise
Products found to have shipped in error will be replaced at no cost to the customer.  We respect your privacy, and take great measures to safeguard your information.  All customer information is held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared or sold to an outside party.  In addition, online credit card purchases are processed through a secure server.  Orders are sent using the latest encryption software to ensure they cannot be read by a third party.

Pricing Policy
Product price does not include shipping or freight charges, export duties (where applicable), handling/special order charges, or sales tax. These costs will be added upon checkout.  All prices are subject to change without notice.


* Sales tax will be applied to orders with California shipping address.

Payment Methods
1. Credit Card.  VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
    * All credit card purchases must be verified.  The billing address must match the USA or Canada credit card billing address.
    *  We do not accept International credit card.
2. International purchasing need to be paid by wire transfer, and $35 wire transfer fee will apply.

3. Check and money orders: make the payments to PGM Dress Form Inc
     Include your order number on the check or money order.          
    * Purchases made by check will ship when the payment clears up to our bank.

3. PayPal.
    If you paid by 
PayPal, and requesting cancellation, there will be 5% transaction fee deducted from
    total refund amount.


Shipping Policy
Most items are shipped from our warehouse in Baldwin, California. We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS; selecting the quickest and most cost effective method.  If you request to ship via UPS or FedEx, please specify if the package is going to a residential or a commercial address. 

* UPS and FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

* If you pay via Paypal, your shipping address must match to your Paypal account shipping address, if not match, your order won't be shipped.

Due to pandemic, please allow around 7 working days processing window prior to shipment for the quality control and packaging. Orders submitted after 2pm PST, weekends and/or holidays will have an addition 48 hour processing time. 

 If you need to cancel your order, you must make the cancellation request by email: info@pgmdressform.com  within one hour window, once you pass that one hour time window, PGM will charge 10% handling package charge of your order, and, if your order is on the way of shipping, you are also responsible for all shipping costs, penalties, intercept fees from carrier as well as return fees plus 20% restocking fee deducted from merchandise refund.  

International Shipping Policy

Please contact us for shipping quotes if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International countries.  You will receive confirmation of shipment by email

(a) Taxes and Duties
For all international orders shipping via UPS or FedEx or USPS......, please note that you are solely responsible and obligated to pay your country's all applicable custom tax & duty or any other fees involved.  PGM is not responsible for your country tax or duty or any other fees. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agent to release your package. Please also note that in rare occasion, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

(b) Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from PGM, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you as well as the return shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package on both the original and returns shipments, and the cost of returning the package to PGM plus 25% restocking fee, all these amounts will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

For regular items, all returns and exchanges must have a RMA number and valid reason for return.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs.  Merchandise that you want to return must be in brand new condition and with all original packaged.  Please use the original box or proper packaging and bubble wrap the dress forms to prevent damage, and 20% restocking fee shall be charged for your returned items..  If the item appears to have been used,damaged, marked, or dirty, or pin holes on fabric,...etc, 25% - 50% or more restocking fee will be deducted (depending on damages).  

Damages / Lost Packages / Item shortages

PGM is not responsible for damages occurring during shipment via carrier.  We are also not liable for any loss or damages that occur after shipment delivery.  For damages found occurring during shipment transit, the customer is responsible for initiating and processing all claims directly with the carrier.  Our staff is happy to assist you in resolving any shipping problems made on our end.

Report any shortages items no later than 7 working days after shipment delivery. Failure to do so will invalidate your claim.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases. You may exchange or return merchandise within 7 days of delivery. 

Any return request must be with reasonable reason in written and must be submitted within 7 days upon delivery, and customer must return back PGM products first, upon receiving the return products, PGM will process refund accordingly after less 20% restock fee or less 25% ~50% or more restocking fee for any damages or requesting return after the allotted 7 days of delivery.

Any return or exchange shall apply 20% restocking fee.

Any exchange request must be submitted in written within 7 days upon delivery, customer/buyer must return back PGM product first for exchange, and customer/buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, and 20% restocking fee shall be applied. Please note: any return products must be in its original brand new condition without any using or damage, customer/buyer has full responsibility to well pack the return product with original package to avoid damage during shipping. If any damage, the 25% - 50% or more damage fee shall be applied.

For the orders of pick-up on site, customers are allowed to in person double check and inspect the products on site, and sign to confirm the product has no problem and is the one wanted. The pick-up on site orders are Final Sale, No Return, No Exchange, No Refund.

Refunds

-- If you paid by credit card, all refunds will be subject to deduct from your total amount the 3% transaction charge fee which was charged by credit card company, including the 
   cancellation of your order, or accidental order.

-- If you paid by Paypal, all refunds will be subject to deduct from your total amount the 5% transaction charge fee, including the cancellation of your order, or accidental order.

Please note: all sales of PGM custom-made items or custom-made color items are final, there are no exchange, no return, no refund for any custom-made special order.

All returns and exchanges return must be submitted with reasonable reason through written (email to: info@pgmdressform.com ).  Once approved, we will issue RMA number. You are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.  Merchandise that you want to return or exchange must be in brand new condition and with all original packaged

We do not accept returns or exchange of either of the following:
(a) Any product(s) returned more than 7 days from the date on delivery (determined by the tracking number);
(b) Any product(s) not in its original brand new condition;
(c) Any product(s) that is damaged, dirty, marked and used in any way.

For all return or exchange within 7 days, please use the original box or proper packaging and bubble wrap the dress forms to prevent damage from return transit. If we receive it item damaged, a restocking fee of 25% - 50% or more will be applied (depending on damage).  If the item appears to have been used or marked or dirty, 25% - 50% or more restocking fee will be deducted.  Please keep in mind, buyer is responsible for returning shipping cost and packing it back into original condition.

PGM does not accept returns or exchange after 7 days of delivery. All return or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
