To apply, please provide the following:

- A copy of your fashion degree or diploma from your accredited university / college or fashion program.  Your
  school must be on our list of approved fashion design programs.  We will notify you if your school does not
   qualify.

- Your application must fall within 1 year of your graduation date.

- Your student photo ID, or your driver license.

- A letter of recommendations from your department chair, professor, or advisor must be included along with
  their contact information (Name, Title, Email, Phone).

- Fashion Award from any fashion show competition, including along with the association/orgernizer name,
  contact person, contact phone, email.  This fashion show  competition is not orgernized by the
  university/college/school where you study,

- Your grade point average (GPA) must be 3.6 or higher.

- A copy of your official transcript (in sealed envelope sent from your school) must be received.

- A brief summary of your plans post graduation and how you will use your new dress form!
