PGM's Outstanding Student Excellence Award 2009
Each year, PGM selects One Exemplary Student to receive a Professional Dress Form. For 2009, we are seeking to honor one student who is part of this year's graduating class with a degree in Fashion and/or Apparel Design from selected colleges and universities. This student must demonstrate an honor's level completion in course work as well as encompass the talent of being an up and coming new designer. Please email or call for more information.

If you are requesting a return, please contact our customer service to have your return confirmed first.
All returns must be in the same conditions as it was received and must be in its original packaging. All
returns must be made within ten (10) days upon delivery.
All returns must be pre-approved and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued
before merchandise can be returned.
The RMA# must be written on the shipping label attached to the boxes being shipped back to our warehouse.
All returns must be shipped with freight prepaid.
The Return Merchandise Authorization Numbers are valid for 15 days after date of issue.
PGM-Pro does not accept COD returns. The customers are responsible for the returning the product and the
shipping cost incurred.
Refund Policy
There will be a 15% restocking handling fee on all returns. After PGM-Pro warehouse receive your returned
item, the refund which is less 15% restocking handling fee shall be issued to you.
* Special order items or custom made order items may not be returned.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please call our representatives directly and we will assist you.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. PGM-Pro cannot cancel an order once it
has been shipped.

Defective Product/Exchanges
To better serve you, PGM-Pro requests all exchanges to be made within 10 days after you receive your
order(s). The required exchange item(s) must be in the same conditions as it was received. Please
contact customer service so that we may assist you with your exchange.
PGM-Pro will not be responsible for the shipping costs in your exchange.
