cost to the customer.
PGM-Pro takes your privacy very seriously. PGM-Pro will not share any customers information
with a third party, and any customer information collected is held in strictest confidence,
and will not be shared or sold to an outside party.
In addition, all online credit card orders are processed through a secure server .
These orders are sent using the latest encryption software , assuring they cannot be read by
a third party.

Pricing Policy
The price of our product listed on our website does not include shipping or freight charges, export
duties (where applicable), handling or special ordering charges, or applicable sales taxes. All prices
are subject to change without notice.
* 8.25% sales tax will be applied to orders with a California shipping address.
How to Place Your Order
- Your orders shall be placed via our website’s shopping cart.
- Also, shall be placed via Order Form online, and fax or email to us.
Payment Methods
PGM-Pro accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.
Since your credit card must be verified, so the billing address you provide must match the
address to which you credit card statements are sent.
PGM-Pro also accepts Check, Money Order. If you select one of these payment options, please make the
payment to “PGM-Pro Inc.” on the title section, and mail your Check or Money Order to:

If you wish to pay by check, we will ship your order when the payment clears our bank, which
is typically 7 days after we receive your payment.
* Please include your order number with your Check or Money Order.
PGM-Pro also accept Google Check-out and PayPal.
Shipping Policy
PGM-Pro ship out most items from our warehouse in Los Angeles , California . We ship almost all of our
packages via UPS Ground Residential unless a commercial shipping address is provided. Sometimes, we
do ship packages via FedEx or DHL, or USPS.
Please allow 1 day processing before items ship. We also offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select
for all urgent orders and will confirm the shipping charges prior to the order processing.
UPS will not ship to P.O.Box, but the street address only.
Hawaii, Alaska , Canada , and international countries, please allow us to quote you the shipping charge.
Delivery Policy
Orders will usually be shipped within 1 day from the date we receive your order. Please kindly allow an
extra day to process all orders placed after 2pm PST, or during weekends and holidays.
Our friendly staff will conveniently advise you when your order is shipped.
DAMAGES /RISK OF LOSS/SHORTAGES
All shipments are insured against damages in transit, however, we will not be liable for any loss or
damage, including, but not limited to, lost profits, incidental or consequential damages, that result
after the product is with the carrier. For any such loss or damage, the customer will be responsible
for initiating and processing all claims directly with the carrier. The carriers do not accept liability
for damages or loss unless a notation is made upon delivery.
So, please take the time to inspect the delivery immediately prior to signing for acceptance!
If you notice that the packaging has been damaged and you don't have time to check the contents at that
moment, please make a note stating "Possible Concealed Damage" on the Bill of Lading. If you later find
an item damaged you can report it to the carrier, file a claim, and get the carrier to cover the cost of
repair or replacement. But please be sure to report any damage or shortage within 5 business days. We
will always be happy to assist you in getting any problem solved.
Report any shortages no later than 7 working days after receipt of goods. Failure to do so will
invalidate your claim.
