Most items are shipped from our warehouse in Baldwin, California. We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS; selecting the quickest and most cost effective method. If you request to ship via UPS or FedEx, please specify if the package is going to a residential or a commercial address.
* UPS and FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Please allow a 24-48 hour processing window prior to shipment. Orders submitted after 2pm PST, weekends and/or holidays will have an addition 24-48 hour processing time. During the first 24 hours window, you are free to cancel your order without incurring any additional fees. Once you pass that 24 hours mark, PGM will charge 10% handling package charge of your order if you choose to cancel. If your order is on the way and you decide to cancel, you are responsible for all shipping costs, penalties, intercept fees from carrier as well as return fees plus 15% restock fee deducted from our refund.
We offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select for all urgent orders.

Damages / Lost Packages / Item shortages
PGM is not responsible for damages occurring during shipment via carrier. We are also not liable for any loss or damages that occur after shipment delivery. For damages found occurring during shipment transit, the customer is responsible for initiating and processing all claims directly with the carrier. Our staff is happy to assist you in resolving any shipping problems made on our end.
Report any shortages no later than 7 working days after shipment delivery. Failure to do so will invalidate your claim.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases. You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 7 days of delivery.
All returns and exchanges must have a RMA number and valid reason for return. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Merchandise that you want to return must be in brand new condition and with all original packaged. Please use the original box or proper packaging and bubble wrap the dress forms to prevent damage. If the item appears to have been used, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. All returns made after the allotted 7 days but within 21 days of delivery will automatically be charged a 15% restocking fee.
PGM does not accept returns after 21 days. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
